After learning about real estate investing from local experienced Real Estate Investors, Lisa and her partner Trevor started BLT Land Holdings. With a goal of creating additional, legal housing for the Kingston area to help alleviate the housing crisis, we renovate single family homes that meet the required criteria and zoning regulations, for secondary suites. With the help of the House of Three team, and our contractor, we create safe, legal secondary dwelling units within the original single-family home.
