Shopping List for an Airbnb Bathroom in Ontario. Get the Essentials!

Are you an Airbnb host looking to perfect your bathroom? If so, this shopping list is for you! We've compiled a list of essentials that will help make your guests feel comfortable and organized, and help your modern bathroom coordinate with the rest of the property. Plus, stocking your bathroom room with a few essential items will help increase the appeal of your listing. So without further ado, let's get started!

When hosting virtual guests, it is important to think about the needs of your guests. For example does your property appeal to families or to single professionals travelling for work?  Each will have unique requirements so be sure you provide what they need!

1. Faucet

Clean lines and good quality. Choosing a faucet that has clean lines keeps with the modern decor, while chome is easy to wipe down and keep clean.  Two handled faucets are perfect for families with young children, as kids are often taught to use the cold handle only.  Keeping with a good quality such as this Delta Faucet can help reduce maintenance calls as well.

2. Towel Bars & Hardware

Towel bars, hooks, and toilet paper holder. Hardware can set the tone for the whole room, while providing useful storage for guests.

3. Towels & Washcloths

Towels & washcloths are a must. If your guests are travelling by plane, they likely do not have space for necessities like towels and washcloths, so you will need to provide them.  White may seem boring, but it has the added bonus of being able to be bleached if needed, and easily replaced without having to try and match other patterns.

4. Hand Soap

Handsoap. Guests are not going to remember some very basic supplies. Things like handsoap, and dishsoap will be expected.  If you want to really provide a great experience for guests, look for local options like those from Old Country Bath and Body.

5. Travel Essentials

Travel Essentials for convenience. As much as people want to bring their own essentials, having some on hand for forgotten items can be much appreciated -- and help earn that coveted Super Host rating, as those small items can make all the difference.

6.  Wallpaper

Modern wallpaper. As much as paint can be fun, so can wallpaper, and it's making a big comeback!  Pick one that suits your theme, and go for it!

7.  Shower Curtain

Geometric shower curtain. Wallpaper may be more than your ready to commit to, but a shower curtain is a must, and easy to change out.  Check out this modern geometric pattern for a fun, yet sophisticated option!

8.  Tub & Shower Faucet

Coordinating Tub & Shower Faucet. Sometimes it isn't feasible to replace the existing tub & shower faucet right away.  But if you're able to, selecting a faucet that coordinates with the vanity faucet will add to the "boutique" feel of your place and increase it's appeal.  And Delta faucets like this one, are always a winner maintenance wise!

9.  Shower Curtain Hooks

Modern shower curtain hooks. These simple shower hooks are functional and pretty!  They coordinate well with the shower curtain, and at the same time make changing the shower curtain for cleaning easy.

10.  Bathroom Accessory Set

Coordinating bathroom accessories. This set takes care of all your needs!  Soap dish, toothbrush holder, garbage can, and more, keeps everything coordinated and on hand!
