What Are Interior E-Design Services?
Are you thinking of changing the interior of your home, and need expert advice without full architectural plans? At House of Three, we offer three different services to help you design the perfect new interior for your home, office, or other building! Take a closer look at our tier offerings below then decide which may be the best for you!
We would like to note that each tier has optional add-ons that are available, such as adding an additional room, rush delivery (3 day turnover), additional revisions, and the option for your space to be measured by our team (if within our service area for measures).
Tier 1: Space Plan
Know exactly where everything goes before you move a single piece of furniture.
This plan will help you visualize your floorplan before ground is broken on the build. This is a space planning service that will help you understand what will work best for you in the space you wish to develop.
With this plan, you will receive a unique 2D plan that is fully designed to function for your space. This is not a predesigned plan, and is fully customized to your space. This design will have everything within it, including furniture placements of current and future pieces you wish to add to your space. We will also give you recommended furniture measurements if you haven't found the perfect piece just yet. Additionally, we will give you a furniture category and a sourcing guide that we believe may match the style you are going for in the given space.
For this tier, we will need you to provide us with photos of all angles of the room you wish to design, basic measurements of room dimensions, window and door locations and widths, and ceiling height. It would also be helpful if you gave us a brief description of your goals, how you use the space, and any inspiration photos you may have.
In Tier 1, we do not include architectural plans, permit drawings, or structural recommendations, 3D rendering or moodboards, specific product links or purchasing support, and virtual or in-person meetings. You can expect a turnaround of 5 to 10 business days as soon as we receive all client materials.
Tier 2: Space Plan + Vision
See your room come to life - layout, look, and feel, all in one cohesive concept.
This tier will give you the foundations of a professionally planned layout that adds in the visual direction that your room deserves. With this plan, we will give you a 2D furniture plan with all key pieces scaled to match in addition to a mood board and 3D rendering that will bring your space to life! This way you can see how each and every piece of furniture, finish, and element come together. This plan will also include a free revision in case something doesn’t quite match what you envisioned.
Other inclusions with this plan include furniture sizing recommendation that will suit your space well, a curated moodboard that will reflect your style direction, palette, and material selections, a general sourcing guide to help support your shopping plans, and finally, a downloadable PDF deliverable so you can keep track of your design.
Similar to Tier 1, we will need you to provide us with room photos from all angles, basic measurements including room dimensions, window and door locations and widths, and ceiling height. We will also need a list of existing furniture that you wish to keep and any style inspiration images paired with a short style questionnaire that we will send to you.
Tier 2 does not include architectural plans, permit drawings, or structural recommendations. It also does not include specific product links or purchasing support, or virtual or in-person meetings. The turnaround for tier 2 is 10 to 15 business days.
Tier 3: Full Room E-Design
Every detail considered. Every selection made! Your room, fully designed and ready to shop.
Tier 3 is the complete e-design package! It is our most complete interior e-design service and is best for clients who are looking for a fully realized room! In addition to a space plan, 3D rendering, and mood board, tier 3 also includes a curated product list with specific sourcing recommendations, and a virtual design presentation with one of our designers. This way you can fully immerse yourself into the design plans, giving you a clear idea of what your space will transform into! This tier will offer you two rounds of revision so we can fully change your space into the ideal. You will also receive a downloadable PDF version of your design.
Similar to Tier 1 and Tier 2, we will need you to provide us with the same information. That being room photos, basic measurements, a list of any existing furniture or fixtures you wish to keep and inspiration photos and a short style questionnaire (provided by us). An additional piece of information we will need from you is a budget range for new furnishings and decor.
We will not provide architectural plans, permit drawings, or structural recommendations, in-person meetings or site visits, or purchasing, ordering, or trade procurement on your behalf.
The turnaround time for Tier 3 is 15 to 20 business days after we have received all your information.
