Through a carefully curated colour palette, a photorealistic before-and-after rendering, and a detailed paint specification list, this package gives you a clear and practical vision for your exterior while keeping the process simple, efficient, and easy to move forward.
What's Included:

✓ 2 curated colour (paint) palettes tailored to your home's style and architecture (taking into consideration any elements you indicate are to remain 'as is')
✓ Photorealistic 2D rendering: before & after view
✓ Itemized colour list using Benjamin Moore Colour Palettes with paint brand, colour name, and finish recommendations
✓ Colour applied to: siding, trim, front door, shutters, and garage door (as applicable)

What You Provide:
✓ Clear front-facing exterior photo(s) (full facade visible, good natural lighting)
✓ Basic measurements: facade width and height; door and window widths, heights, and locations; Approximate Roofline Height & Slope (Slope can be obtained through a phone app)
✓ Any colour inspiration images (optional but helpful)
✓ A list of any existing elements you wish to keep (e.g., existing brick, stone, windows, etc.)
What's Not Included:
