Tier 3 is our most complete exterior design service, ideal for clients who want a fully developed vision for their home. With detailed design for each elevation, multiple revision rounds, and direct collaboration with our designer, this package delivers a thorough and elevated plan that brings every angle of your exterior together in one cohesive final concept.
What's Included:
✓ 1 exterior elevation (of your choice, typically front facade)
✓ Full exterior redesign per elevation: colour, cladding/siding materials, trim, doors, windows, roof, and hardware (taking into consideration any elements you indicate are to remain 'as is')
✓ Photorealistic 2D rendering per elevation: before & after views
✓ Itemized deliverable list for each elevation with material and finish descriptions using our suppliers (or manufacturers known to our suppliers for those out of our shopping region; items may include siding, trim, front door, shutters, lighting, and garage door (as applicable))
✓ General curb appeal landscaping overview (e.g., suggested planting zones, pathway notes) — visual context only, not a landscape design plan
✓ 3 revision rounds included
✓ Up to 2 virtual meetings with our designer
✓ Downloadable PDF deliverable
What You Provide:
✓ Clear exterior photo(s) of all elevations included in your package (full facade visible, good natural lighting)
✓ Basic Measurements: facade width and height; door and window widths, heights, and locations; Approximate Roofline Height & Slope (Slope can be obtained through a phone app)
✓ Any colour and style inspiration images (optional but helpful) and a short style questionnaire (provided by us)
✓ A list of any existing elements you wish to keep (e.g., existing brick, stone, windows, etc.)
What's Not Included:
✗ Architectural Plans for Permit Issuance or Structural Changes
✗ In-person meetings
✗ Plot plan or exact rendering of slope of land / grading
Optional Add-Ons:
✓ Additional Elevation
✓ 1 exterior elevation for any additional buildings on the property (e.g. detached garage, shed, boathouse)
✓ Rush delivery (8 business days; dependent on client being able to schedule all virtual meetings within set timeframe)
