Just clear, practical guidance from our team to help you think through your layout with confidence.

What's Included:
✓ 1 virtual meeting (Microsoft Teams) with a House of Three designer — up to 60 minutes
✓ Open, conversational advisory on your floor plan concept
✓ Professional perspective on layout, flow, spatial relationships, and room function
✓ General furniture placement and interior arrangement guidance
What You Provide:
✓ Your floor plan (hand sketch, digital image, PDF, or link) submitted in advance of your meeting
✓ A brief overview of your goals, priorities, or pain points (shared at time of booking)
What's Not Included:
✗ Architectural plans, permit drawings, or structural recommendations
✗ Prepared visuals, renderings, or revised drawings
